2024 Annual Dues have been set at $200 per household. Invoices were sent prior to January 1 and are due February 1, 2024.

Events
Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held December 8, 2024 at 6:30 pm at Borlaug Elementary Multipurpose Room. We have rented the gymnasium, and families are welcome to bring their kids to play in the gym. Teen babysitters will be present to supervise.
